Mom Workout is designed for you who are a mother, have a baby between 1.5 months and a year old, and want to get back into exercising. Ideally, you should have had your postpartum check-up. Babies are welcome to join the session! We focus on breathing, reconnecting with the pelvic floor and deep core, as well as full-body strength and cardio that are gentle on the pelvic floor.

Happy Moves is a session of gymnastics, dance, and togetherness for youth and adults with special needs or any type of functional variation. Here, everyone gets to experience the joy of moving according to their own ability. We train basic motor skills, coordination, strength, endurance, balance, and movement to music. We also play games, dance, set up obstacle courses, and try out different types of equipment, so you can train your body in as many ways as possible.

The class is tailored to the participants’ wishes and needs. Happy Moves also naturally supports the development of social skills, cooperation with others, and building trust. If participants need extra assistance, assistants are more than welcome to join. Functional variations are never a barrier in the world of gymnastics – you are so very welcome to join us!
